03 · The operating difference
Operators, not analysts.
The typical private equity deal is the same shape every time. The sponsor pays the price the multiple commands, refinances against the cash flow, optimises the cap table and resells inside five to seven years. The strategic buyer absorbs the firm into a structure designed for a different sort of company. The aggregator buys the contracts and lets the team leave.
We are none of these. The principals here have built businesses, exited businesses and run profit and loss. The diligence is a conversation with the people who already know your firm best. The integration is a partnership with the team that already runs it.
What we install is an AI operating system, designed to help you run the business more efficiently so you and your team can focus on adding the value that matters, not the tasks that get in the way. Artificial intelligence becomes a line item in your accounts. Not a strategy deck from a junior Ivy League analyst who used AI to write it.
